Gardenbird Flowers is committed to guaranteeing the freshest and most beautiful blooms. Each arrangement delivered is created by Gardenbird Flowers.

 

Substitutions
Images of Gardenbird Flowers designs are indicative only. Blooms may vary according to seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards.

 

Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include all taxes, where applicable.

 

Payment Options
We accept Paypal and credit card payments through our website, both of which are secure methods. A Direct Deposit is also available.

 

Delivery
We deliver Monday to Friday and are generally closed on the weekends & public holidays. Our deliveries will usually operate between about 10:00 am and 5.00pm. Prior to checkout we quote and display the delivery fee. Accurate delivery details assist to have your order delivered. Please ensure that you check your order confirmation email to ensure that the name and address details entered into your order are complete and correct. If we are given a wrong address we are able to re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not there at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

 

Timed Deliveries
Because we are only small, we can’t garantee any specific time frames for deliveries.

 

Interstate & International Orders
We accept and can organize orders worldwide. Gardenbird Flowers delivers to the Brisbane metropolitan area only. In same cases there will be a need to charge additional delivery fees for restricted delivery areas. Gardenbird Flowers will contact you regarding these fees if applicable.

 

Cancellations and Alterations
Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 4 hours of ordering.

 

Valentines Day & Mothers Day
Orders must be placed 3 days prior for guaranteed delivery.

 

Caring for your flowers
All of our wrapped bunches are delivered with a little bag of water to keep them hydrated, just enough to keep them from being thirsty for a day. We recommend keeping them upright in a cool, dry place until you can get them home into a vase of fresh water. It’s a good idea to change this water every couple of days to keep your flowers fresh. Snipping the stems on a sharp angle regularly can help the flowers to drink water easily, and keeping any leaves above the water level also helps to keep the water fresh. All flowers are different and their life span may vary but we select our flowers daily so they go straight from us to you. You should expect your flowers to look fresh for at least 2-3 days after you receive them.

 

Resolving your concerns
Please contact Nan directly on 0412 012 566 or nan@gardenbirdflowers.com.au to discuss special requirements or concerns regarding your order. All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or refund if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.

 

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may amend our Terms and Conditions as our business requirements or the law changes. Any changes to this statement will be updated on our website so please visit it periodically to ensure that you have our most current privacy statement.
